Forrest Gale DUDLEY
221
Forrest and Inez' marriage date is estimated from daughter Gail's birthdate. In 1917, Forrest was living with wife and 2 children at 1024 4th Ave South in St Cloud. He served in the U S Army, starting 26 Jun, 1918, in World War I. Forrest was a 1st Sargeant.
In a 1945 passenger list1034
for USS Adm W W Benson, sailing from Bombay, India, to the Port of San Pedro, California, Arthur is listed with his birth-date and -place, and listed as married.
Mary's residence in Iowa in 1893 is assumed from her birthdate314
and the 1930 census759
which lists her as born in that state. It's also assumed that her marriage to Forrest was not her first marriage, as both she and Forrest are both listed in the 1930 census as being married first at the age of 20.

Following Inez' death in 1926, Forrest married Mary, as indicated in the 1930 census. However, it's not clear whether Eugene, born 1919~, listed as a son of Forrest and Inez in the 1920 census is an enumeration error with regard to the name and sex. In 1930, Eugene doesn't appear in the census, and Jean V Dudley, born 1919~ is listed as a daughter. It's possible Jean may be Mary's daughter from a previous marriage, but it's assumed Eugene is an enumeration error, perhaps for "U Jean," and Jean is listed herein as the daughter of Forrest and Inez.
