Yaro's father Vaclav married Marie Cerveny in June of 1913 and was naturalized 17 July 1929 in Cleveland, OH.
Yaro's parents had children: Helen (1916), Yaro (1918) and Vilma (1929). Following daughter Helen's early death about 1925, Jim and Marie decided to have another child. Thus the gap in birthdates between Yaro and his sister Vilma.
Yaro enlisted 170
May 1942 in Cleveland. Yaro remained in Army Intelligence, working in the Pentagon until his retirement.
