Although Lawrence doesn't seem to otherwise appear in 1920 records, he is listed¹⁷³⁵ in the Brookline City Directory (1920) at 111 Winthrop Rd.

It appears that perhaps Lawrence and Emma were estranged in the latter part of their lives. In 1930 they are both listed as married but Lawrence is living in Chelsea as a roomer in the house of Thomas B and Phoege Leonard. Emma is living in Brookline with her mother, a niece and several lodgers. In 1940, Lawrence is living in the Dorcester part of Boston¹⁷⁷⁶, a lodger living in the house of Robert H and Agnes M Smith, 38 Vinson St, and listed as widowed. That address matches his World War II draft registration¹⁷⁰ which he signed Apr 27 1942, and his listing in the 1944 Boston City Directory¹⁷³⁵

The marriage record for Lawrence and Emma lists both her parents' names, including her mother's maiden name.

Stanley's death record gives his age at death as 3. It also lists his birth date as Dec 28 1913. This may be a transcription error or a clerk's mistake.
