The location of the marriage is not mentioned in that index, though the date matches the referenced newspaper article. The index lists Sallie as "Sallie Brown Vagie," and her parents as Clark H. Vagie, and Davis.
Louis' middle name is listed in the Tennessee marriage index3205. Though his death index1551 entry lists his birthdate as 1874, the date given on his draft registration221 by himself is preferred. Louis may be the Louis Z Marks, residing1735 in Memphis, TN, in 1906. In 1910, he married Sallie Veazie and lived in St Louis, MO. In 1915, Louis and Sallie Marks lived4412 in New York, New York. By 1918, he had remarried, as his WWI draft regsitration lists his wife as Riginia Marks. His address was in Yonkers, NY. In 1920, he was a salesman for Burk & Co. A Louis Z Marks, born ~1881, with wife Regina and 2 daughters, in Yonkers, NY, in 1925. Louis died Nov 13, 1926, in Chicago, IL, and was buried Nov 14, 1926, in Yonkers, NY. His death index1551 entry lists his mother as "Sophia Ziltner," and his spouse as Regina.
In the 1900 census1889 for Sweden, New York, the birth date ofr Sallie B Veazie was listed as Jul 1888. A birth index entry5703 lists "Veazie (female) (born) 10 Jul (1888) in Sweden, New York. From the coincidence of the month, year and location of that entry, this is assumed to be Sallie's birth record. The marriage record1728 for Sallie and Louis Marks lists her birth place as Brockport, NY. The birth record is preferred.

Hillman800 states by 1951 she had married a McGlone, her surname as listed in Monroe County Surrogate Court records for the disposition of her father's estate. She died in 1985, in Dade Co., Florida. Cemetery info840 lists Sally McGlone (b 10 Jul 1888, d 17 Jul 1985) as buried in Long Island National Cemetery (Farmingdale, NY). The same plot is listed840 for Edward George McGlone (no image of headstone).
