As well as appearing in the household of Stephen and Margaret Wiggins in 1870, William's parents, as well as his full name, are listed in the marriage record2095 for Lois and him. William was a streetcar motorman most of his life. His obituary mentions his membership in the Street Carmen's union.
William Vesey's obituary2115 mentions his wife "Emma M., nee Kibler." The birthplaces of Emma's parents, in several census records, are both listed as Tennessee. Emma may be the "Mary E" Kibler, born in Indiana, ~1869, daughter of Calvin and Mariah Kibler, both born Tennessee, in the 1880 census for Campbell, Jennings Co., Indiana. To whom Emma married first is not determined. However, In 1900, she is married (her second marriage) to Gill L Ackley, a barber. Her daughter Ines is listed in their household. In 1910, Gill Ackley is listed in the Chicago House of Correction, married, as a house barber. Emma and Ines haven't been found in that census. Gill Ackley died2130 16 Mar 1914 in Cook County Hospital, occupation barber, and was buried 19 Mar 1914 in Hicksville, OH. Emma Ackley, wife, was the informant for his death certificate. At that time, her address was 718 S Pauline St, Chicago. Emma then married2116 William and, in the 1920 census2113, appears as his wife with daughter Ines Ackley in the household.
Emma's daughter Ines2130 died 2 Aug 1933, in Chicago, the wife of Otto J Ouper.
