Christine's mother's maiden name may be Lauder or Lander. The marriage record²²⁰⁴ for Herbert Simpson and Edna G Lauder (or Lander) lists Edna's parents as Samuel and Clara (Burrill) Lauder or Lander. Due to the similarity of a script "u" and script "n" the last name is not clear.
