The marriage record for Albion Veazie, residence Bangor, ME, and Annie G West, residence Belfast, ME, lists their parents' names, though not their mothers' maiden names. It was the second marriage for Annie, and her parents are listed as Nehemiah and Caroline Abbott. They were married by John W Packard, Esq, Justice of the Peace. The marriage was registered Feb 10.
However, there is confusing information regarding Annie's two marriages. The 1870 census2552 for Belfast, ME, lists the family of Nehemiah and Caroline W Abbott. In that household, among others, appear Carrie B Abbott, age 43, and Annie G Abbott, age 17. Annie G. Abbott married Oct 20, 1878, in Belfast, ME, Walter H West [reference "Belfast, ME, Vital Records to 1892," americanancestors.org (New England Historic Genealogical Society]. In 1880, Belfast, ME, in the family448 of Caroline W Abbott, widow, appear Carrie B Abbott, daughter, age 43, Walter H West, "son-in-law," age 27, and Anne G West, "daughter," age 27. An Image of a gravestone, listed in Belfast Cemetery, Belfast, ME (findagrave.com) has, sharing the same stone, Carrie B Abbott, born Apr 10, 1837, and Anne G West, born Mary 15, 1853, died Oct 8, 1884. That appears to be the same Carrie B West and Annie G (Abbott) West cited in the censuses mentioned above.
Walter H West married Oct 16, 1897, prob Belfast, ME, Hannah J Jordan [reference "Maine Marriages Index, 1892-1966, 1977-1996," americanancestors.org (New England Historic Genealogical Society)]. Images of headstones in Belfast Cem. Appear to match that information.
The possibility exists that Albion did, indeed, marry Annie G (Abbott) West; her headstone had already been created with her surname "West;" and, following her death, her headstone death date was added to that existing stone. Note, in particular, that the headstone of Carrie Abbott and Anne West do not appear to be directly associated with Walter West's headstone.
In 1870, Albion was a clerk in a store. In 1880, Albion, perhaps following in his father's footsteps, was a ship broker.
His obituary4827 mentions that Albion's funeral services were held at the residence of his father, Capt. Albion P Veazie, and the attendance was large. No other mention of family was made.
Annie's parents are identified in her birth information3295, and in the marriage record1755 for Annie G West and Albion Veazie.
Annie was living with her parents in 1870. She married3295 first Oct 20, 1878, in Belfast, Maine, Walter H West. Anne and Walter (b ~1853 Maine) resided448 in the household of her widowed mother in 1880.
It appears that Annie and Walter were divorced sometime soon after the 1880 census, as Annie G West married Albion Veazie, Jan 30, 1882, in Boston, Mass. Walter H West married3258 Oct 16, 1897, Hannah J Lunt (in one record) or Jordan (in another record).
