At this time, all that is known of the daughter of Forrest Healy is that she was (apparently) married to Tom Shaw and, at the time of her father's death, lived2791 at 1130 Connor Ave, Joplin, MO, or lived2794 at 1925 Virginia, Joplin, MO. The addresses listed in the referenced documents for Mrs Tom Shaw differ.
As it appears that Forrest Healy married only once, it is assumed that the daughter of Forrest mentioned in his obituary2791 is the daughter of F Ellen Yates. Forrest's daughter was apparently the informant for his death certificate. She did not know Forrest's father's name (it is listed as "unknown").
