Mary and Charles were married by H A Philbrook, paster of the Universalist Church, Quincy.

Charles' middle name is listed in his birth record (Mass. Vital Records 1841-1910, NEHGS, v242:426), and in the marriage record²⁸⁹¹ for Charles to Mary E Veazie. Following Mary's death, he married second²⁸⁹¹ Jun 30, 1897, in Holliston, MA, Bertha M Scoville, age 19, dau of Wallace H & Josephine (Adams) Scoville, Bertha's first marriage. Charles was a street car conductor at that time. He died sometime after 1940, in which year he appears in the census for Weymouth, Massachusetts, a bakery products salesman, with wife Bertha M and daughter and son-in-law Edna and Jimmie Masterson.

Mary's middle name is listed in her birth²⁹⁵¹ record. Mary was living with her parents in 1880. In 1893, she married Charles Austin. Mary died of complications of childbirth.
