Dick's middle name is listed170 on his 1942 World War II draft registration card. The marriage record for son William to Geraldine Findley lists his name as "Richard Morison." In 1920, Dick is listed2079 was an executive for an oil pump company. In 1930, Dick was a salesman for a florist, own office. In 1940, Dick was a proprietor, wholesale floral supplies.

Husband Dick Vesey's WWII draft registration card lists his wife's name as Mary G Vesey. In 1920, she is listed as Glennis L Vesey. She is listed2072 in the marriage record of daughter Mary Margaret Vesey to Cornelius Ihrer as Mary Glennis Life, born Grant county. The marriage record for son William to Geraldine Findley lists Glennis' birthplace as Fairmont, IN, which is, in fact, in Grant county. With that information, one finds Glennis Life, daughter of James F and Margaret Life, in the 1900 census for Fairmont, IN. That record lists her birthdate as Jun 1889. The Social Security Death Index lists Glennis Vesey's birthdate as 30 Jun 1888. Her birthyear (1888) seems more consistent with census records, the SSDI, and her headstone information.
