Thomas full name and birthdate are listed on his WWI draft registration²²¹ card. Thomas was living with his parents in 1880. In 1900, he lived with his widowed mother. By 1910, having married Rose ~1901, he and Rose had living with them Thomas' mother, Sarah H Havens. Thomas and Rose were divorced¹⁷²⁸ Nov 12, 1921, Bradford Co., PA.

The obituary⁴⁵⁷¹ of Aura (Veazie) Burt mentions a surviving nephew, Thomas J Havens, of Elmira. Ann "Aura" Burt was the sister of Thomas' mother, Sarah.
