Samuel Jones Veazie lived with his parents in 1850 and 1860. In Aug, 1863, he registered for the Civil War draft³²⁹⁰: residence Bangor, age 24, occupation: "Gentleman," single, born Maine.

Samuel died of "cerebral appoplexy" in Bangor⁸⁰², married. His birth date is calculated from his age of death (55y 8m 1d) in that record.

In the 1870 census³⁴⁴, Julia Veazie was listed as age 28. A Julia Veazie died²⁹⁸⁷ Oct 24, 1870, at the age of 33. Though the age differences seems significant, this may be Samuel Jones Veazie's wife.
