The records³⁷⁹ held by Woodlawn Cemetery, Elmira, NY, list Emma H Huston, death date 22 Jan 1929, as the wife of "J. W." John W. Huston is listed immediately below her entry. John W Huston in the Elmira 1900 census, is listed as a merchant and married for 27 years, but living in a boarding house, his wife not listed. In 1910 through 1930, John W Huston is listed as widowed.

A genealogical chart prepared by George S Veazie lists Emma Veazie, death 1929, married to John Huston, no children. She is, perhaps, sadly, the Emma H Huston the census records³⁸¹ for the Utica (NY) State Hospital (for the insane) list as a patient from 1880 through 1920. The 1910 census for the hospital lists Emma as born in New York and both her parents born in Maine.
