Theordore's WWI draft registration²²¹ supplies his middle name, birthdate and birthplace. The 1932 obituary³²⁶⁷ for Theodore's father mentions son Theodore O "of Lockport."

Theodore started work for the Erie Railroad in 1912 and retired Sept 17, 1952. From various newspapers mentions during his lifetime, he regularly visited friends and relatives. He died suddenly from a heart attack in 1953. He was a member of Masonic Lodge 122 in Mt Morris, NY, a member of the Coopers Plains (NY) Baptist Church and Coopers Plains Grange, as well as several Masonic organizations. He was a Navy veteran and was a member of the American Legion.
