Francis married first 4 Mar 1892, in Brockton, MA, Mary E Curtis (nee Ackers). It was her second marriage. She died in 1904.

At the time of Frank's marriage to Emma (Veazie) Barney, he was a shoe-worker, residing in Brockton, MA.

Emma F Hall died of carcinoma of the left breast, which had mastastasized to the pelvis and skull. Her residence at that time was 34 Linden St, Whitman, MA, and she died at the Reskevich Rest Home in Hanson, MA.
