He listed his nearest relative on that form as Dorothy Leavitt of Cambridge, MA. On Sep 12, 1918, another draft registration card lists his residence as 75 Circuit St, Roxbury, MA, unemployed, and his nearest relative: Doherity C Levitt, at the same address he had listed the previous day. On that card he is listed as having a short left leg.
Helen's birth record2890 lists her as Nellie Elizabeth Glover, and her parents as Frank H and Kitty P. The marriage record for her and William Frost lists her as Nellie E, and her parents as Frank H Glover and Kittie P Green.
The marriage history for Nellie (as she frequently appears in records) isn't entirely clear. It appears she was married to William Frost, and they had a daughter Dorothy, who died as an infant. The 1907 marriage record for Nellie E Glover to Alpha F Hartog indicates she was a waitress in New York city at the time. She may have divorced William Frost between mid-1904 and 1907, but that second marriage record lists that marriage as her first To add a bit to the confusion, William Frost appears in the 1910 census, living in his parents' household, listed as married 6 years. William certainly doesn't appear to be married in 1918, as two draft registration cards he filled out within a day of each other both indicate his nearest relative as Dorothy Leavitt, not a spouse.
Following Nellie's marriage to Alpha (Alphonse??) Hartog, no further information is found on either of them.
