Married4089. The obituary of Ada (Pohl) Herlin lists her parents' name, but not her mother's maiden name. That obituary also mentions surviving sister "Lydia (Boardman) Veazie."

Titus immigrated in 1886, and was natrualized 1899.

In 1920, he was a head clerk at a steel mill. By 1940, having resided in Omaha, Neb., in 1935, he, his wife and 6 children lived in Chicago. At that time he was a Lutheran minister.

According to the Edgebrook Covenent Church (www.edgebrookcovenant.org), on Sep 15, 1941, Pastor Titus N Pohl, minister from 1936 to 1944, presided over the ground breaking and chapel dedicatory services for the Edgebrook Evangelical Mission Covenant Church. The congregation had previously been located in Humboldt Park in Chicago.

Ellen immigrated in 1897 and was naturalized the same year.
