Arthur's WWI draft registration221 provides his middle name. In 1920, Arthur (single) was a paints salesman. In 1930, now married to Ethel B with a son Attormon, his occupation was commercial traveler for a confectioner.

In 1948, Arthur arrived3442 in the Post of New York (NY) on the SS Yarmouth from Nassau. He is listed as single.

In 1930, Ethel listed776 both her parents' birthplaces as Canada (English speaking). In 1948, Arthur was a passenger on a ship from Nassau to Port of New York (NY). He lists himself as single. As Ethel doesn't otherwise seem to appear in records on or after that date, she may have previously passed away.

Dr Marcia Curtis graduated Colby College with an A.B. degree and earned a Master of Nursing from Yale University. She received a Doctor of Education from Boston University. She served several years in the U. S. Navy Nurse Corps. She taught and practiced nursing at Boston Univ., being instrumental in the development of a degree program for registered nurses there. She then went on to contribute significantly to the development of education, midwifery and degree programs for nursing at the Medical University of South Carolina, Winthrop College (Rock Hill) and Francis Marion College (Florence, SC). At the time of her death, she was Dean and Professor Emeritus at the Medical University of South Carolina.
