In 1918, Raymond's occupation221 was sales agent for American Electric Cable, Broadway, New York, New York. In 1920, his occupation was listed1338 as civil engineer.

Beatrice' middle name is provided by both her birth record1767 and the marriage record4009 for Beatrice and Raymond Lillie. In 1939, Beatrice and son Douglas visited Bermuda4158, returning to New York in June, 1939. In 1940, Beatrice resided in New Rochelle with a maid. No occupation listed. Beatrice died at the Medical College of Virginia, in Richmond, after a stay of 3 days, of a cerebro-vascular accident. Her body was removed to Boston, MA, the day of her death.

In the 1920 census, the son of Raymond and Beatrice Lillie, age 5, is named Broughlan L. In 1921, Douglas Lillie was the ringbearer for the marriage4156 of his aunt Marjorie Sprague. In 1930, the son of Beatrice Lillie, now a widow, is Douglas G. In 1939, he and his mother visited Bermuda4158, returning to New York in June, 1936. That passenger list provides his place of birth. In 1940, Douglas resided4154 with his aunt Marjorie Steele and her husband Howard. He was a lawyer in private practice.

Douglas Gould Lillie, lawyer, joined1148 the Masons (Belmont Lodge) in 1939. He served as Worthy Master 1952, Grand Pursuivant 1954, and Judge Advocate from 1958-1959. That Masonic information card provides his middle name and death date.

The Massachusetts Marriage Index3219 indicates Douglas was married in Belmont, MA. The identity of his wife hasn't been determined.
