In 1900, William's father, William S Andrews, age 81 and widowed, resided in his household. Both father and son were listed as shoe dealers. In 1930, William was the proprietor of a shoe store and, interestingly, a cranberry bog. His son Wales was listed as a cranberry grower, and son William was a clerk in a shoe store. In 1940, William, age 80 and widowed, was still listed as the proprietor of a shoe store. His daughter Anne resided with him.
It may be that Mary was named for her father's maternal grandmother Mary White, the wife of Thomas Joyce. Mary W Tilden, age 6mo, resided in 1855 with Thomas W and Mary S Tilden. In 1870, following her parents' deaths, she resided with her grandmother Ann Hardwick, along with her brothers Frederick and Henry. In 1940, Mary's husband William is listed as widowed.

Myra's birth record¹⁷⁶⁷ provides her middle name. In 1920, Myra was a public school teacher, residing with her parents.

Child 3. Annie

Annie's birth record¹⁷⁶⁷ provides her middle name. In 1930, Anne is listed as (Principal?) teacher in the public schools. In 1940, Anne resided with her father, and was listed as a teacher in the town of Lakeville, public school.

Child 4. William

William's birth record¹⁷⁶⁷ provides his middle name. In 1930, William was a clerk in a shoe store, likely his father's establishment. William may be the William C Andrews who appears in the 1940 census for the Taunton (MA) State Hospital (for the insane), age 48, single, born Massachusetts. No further information.
