At the time of his marriage to Rosalie, William was a sail maker, as he was in the 1865 census4355. In 1870, William was a journeyman sailmaker. That year, Mary Veasey(sic), house servant, resided with them. Mary was a distant cousin of Rosalie. Sadly, William died at the age of 41y 1m 5d, of "disease of spine." His middle name is (apparently) taken3272 from his gravestone. As his burial reference3272 "G.R.3." is the same as that of Rosalie Hutchinson, his burial location is assumed to be the same.
In 1900, Rosalie resided939 in the household of daughter Carrie and Adaline's husband, Willard McIntyre. In that record, her birthdate is listed as Sept 1834. Other records indicate 1833 is more likely.
Rosalie died1774 at the age of 76y 4m 7d of broncho pneumonia, contributed to by arterio-sclerosis. Her middle name is (apparently) taken3273 from her gravestone.
