The1930 census1137 for Buffalo, NY, lists Robert, age 39, and Isabelle, age 29, Meyers as husband and wife. That census lists Isabelle's age at her first marriage as 23, indicating (if this was her first marriage) that she and Robert were married ~1924. Robert's age at his first marriage was also 23, indicating that he had been married previously ~1914. Listed with Robert and Isabelle in 1930 is Robert Meyers, "son, "age 11. As the younger Robert was born ~1919, he is likely Robert's son by a previous marriage.

In 1930, Robert and Isabelle appear1137 as husband and wife. The "Age at time of first marriage" column in that census indicates that Robert was first married ~1914. Residing with Robert and Isabelle is Robert's son Robert, age 11, apparently from that previous marriage. In 1920, a Robert Meyers, widowed, resided4562 with his parents Charles and Emma Meyers. Also in the household was Robert Meyers Jr, grandson of Charles and Emma. Though circumstantial, it is assumed that Robert Meyers, the son of Charles and Emma Meyers in 1920, is the Robert Meyers, husband of Isabelle, in 1930.
Robert's middle name is listed both on his WWI draft registration221 card, and on his social security application3346. The latter reference also provides his mother's maiden name.
At the time of his marriage to Isabelle, Robert was a railroad signal electrician with the New York Central system.
