For further research: Daniel and Sarah Fields resided5306 in Richhill Twp, Pennsylvania, adjacent to Rachel Fields, age 75. In the will (Pennsylvania Wills and Probate Records, 1683-1993, www.ancestry.com; vol 4, 1862-1874, Greene Co., p 197; case no. 2355) of a Rachel Fields, widow of John Fields, of Richhill Township, dated Jul 15, 1867, she mentions her children Louis, Henry, John, William, George, Daniel, Mary Allum, Rachel Clouse, Eliza Baldwin, and Lucinda Hitchcock. She mentions that Daniel is deceased. In that same will/probate collection is the will of John Fields, of Richhill Township, dated Apr 28, 1852, he mentions his three youngest children George, Daniel and Lucinda. It may be that that John and Rachel Fields are the parents of the Daniel Fields of this profile.
The 1860 census5306 for Richhill Twp, Pennsylvania, lists Danl, age 26, and Sarah Fields, age 21. They lived adjacent to Rachel Fields, age 75, born Delaware, a manager of a farm. Considering the birth year and place for Lawrence Fields, that Daniel and Sarah Fields may be his parents. Rachel Fields may be Daniel's mother.
On May 3, 1867, Sarah Jane Field, aged 28 years, married2663 William Wright, aged 36 years. They were married in Greenleaf, MI, by David Houghton, Justice; witnessed by Thomas Z? McGinnis and Mary N? Wright, all of Greenleaf.
