The obituary5920 of her father, William H Vroom, mentions surviving daughter, Mrs George Blunt. The obituary5922 of her mother, Mrs Harriet Vroom, mentions Harriet's surviving brother, Lewis Layton, providing her maiden name. That obituary also mentions, among others, Harriet's surviving grand-children Nellie, Sarah and Flora Blunt.

Ada died at South Urbana (NY), after a brief illness. Survivors were her husband, William Blunt; five children Frank, Harriet, Nellie, Sarah and Flora; a brother William Vroom; and Ada's mother, Mrs Harriet Vroom.

Sarah Blunt died after an illness of 3 days. She was survived by a sister, Mrs Herman Stimson(sic), and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were conducted at a Savona, NY, funeral home, with Rev Thomas Carter of the Baptist Church presiding.
