In 1910, 1920 and 1930, Waldemar lived with his parents. In 1930, he was a laborer at a packing house. In 1931, Waldemar married Elizabeth Gibson. Mr Lawrence Devore was his best man. Mrs Devore was the matron of honor. In 1940, Waldemar was an inspector for a wholesale packing company. He and his family lived at 1214 Sixty-Fourth St. His parents and sister Marjorie lived in the same house.
In the wedding announcement2747 for Elizabeth and Waldemar, Elizabeth's parents are mentioned as Mr and Mrs C R Gibson of 6815 Racine Ave. The 1930 census1389 for Chicago lists Charles, Lena, Elizabeth and Charles Gibson at the same address. She lived with her parents (apparently) until her marriage to Waldemar.

The Edwardsville (ILL) Intelligencer, May 17, 1957 (newspapers.com), reported that Audrey Veazie, age 20, of Chicago, was one of four salutatorians at the University of Illinois commencement for the class of 1957.
