Benjamin Sampson "of Kingston in the County of Plimouth … Massachusetts Bay in New England" signed his will5522 20 Feb 1751. He made bequests to his wife Rebecca Sampson, grandson Micah Sampson, son Cornelius Sampson, "youngest son" Benjamin Sampson, and daughter "Deborah Veazie the wife of the Rev'd Mr Sam'l Veazie." He named son Cornelius Sampson executor. The signing of the will was witnessed by Lemuell Kent, Sarah Chipman, and John Wadsworth. The will was presented for probate to, and proved by, John Cushing, Judge of Probate in "Plimouth," May 1, 1758.
