Shubael's WWI draft registration card mentions "wife Olive Jordan." He worked as an electrical engineer in a shipyard. In 1930, Jane Bennett, mother-in-law is listed in Shubael's household.
Olive Ruth Bennett Jordan's Calif Death Index lists mother's maiden name "Mercer," and father's name "Bennett." Daughter Loveday's Calif birth index entry has her born in Calaveras Co., CA, mother's name "Bennett." It is assumed Olive was there. Joseph Bennett's WWII draft reg (1942) lists Olive Jordan as one who always knows his address.
