Ralph's WWI draft registration states that he has an incompetent brother & child as dependants. At that time, his brother Meder is an inmate in Stockton State Hospital and listed as married. Ralph's middle name (given on his WWI draft registration) was likely given him after his grandmother Roxana (nee Gillmore) Spooner. Ralph's WWII draft registration card lists "Mrs. Phoebe Jordan" as someone who will always know his address. The California voter registration records list Mrs Phoebe Jordan, same address as James M, Mrs Nettie M and Ralph G Jordan starting in 1936.
