Family of Robert Littlefield FOGG and Margo FOGG

Robert Littlefield FOGG b. 1901 Dec 992 at Lowell, MA645. d. 1996 Oct 31618 at New Britain, Harford, CT618.
Margo FOGG

Married618 aft 19401754.

Robert served with the Graves Registration Service following World War I. Passport to Great Britain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg and Italy were requested in an application signed in Dec, 1919, to support a sail date of Jan 7, 1920. In 1920, he was living in Washington, DC, occupation: stenographer for the War Department. Included in that passport application is an affidavit by his father regarding his son's birthdate and residence. Walter's reason for knowing that information: "I was there when he was born." That passport application gives his birthdate as Dec 9 1900. The Connecticut and Social Security Indices list his birthyear as 1901, which is more generally supported by his ages in census records. In 1930 and in the Connecticut death index, his occupation is truck driver and sales representative for a trucking firm. Robert apparently married (at least) twice as the 1930 census lists Frances as his wife. The Connecticut death index lists his spouse's name as "Margo."

In the 1940 census1754, Robert is listed as credit manager for a fishing corporation.
