Married5276 1831 Apr 235276 at Jersey, New York5276. The marriage announcement5276 for Mr William H Seybolt, Esq., and Miss Sally Woodard states the marriage occurred in "Jersey." That is assumed to be the current town of Orange, Schuyler Co., New York. According to wikipedia, the town of Jersey was formed from the town of Wayne in 1813, while still part of Steuben county. The name was changed to Orange in 1836.

William H Seybolt is listed661 in the 1840 census for Bradford, NY. From approx. birth years determined elsewhere, the age ranges for persons in the household match correctly for William, wife Sarah, and children Jacob, Angeline, William and John. One male, age 60-70, has not as yet been identified, possibly his father?

The 1850 census656 for Bradford, NY, has 2 entries for the family of Sarah Seybolt. Enumerated 22 Aug, dw 67/fam 67: William Sybolt, Sally, Jacob, Angeline, William, John, Edgar, Alfred, and Mary. Enumerated 25 Aug, dw 172/fam 173: Sarah Sybolt, Jacob, Angeline, John, Edgar, Alfred. It's not clear why there were 2 enumerations of the family. Perhaps William died between Aug 22 and Aug 25? Also, because Mary, age 8, appears out of order with regard to age in the children listed in the Aug 22 enumeration, and she does not appear in the Aug 25 enumeration, it is assumed she was not a child of William and Sally.
