Married4504 1). An affidavit4504 by John V Efner mentions his mother Mary Veazie, daughter of John Veazie of Braintree, his mother's first husband --- Debble; and his mother's second husband, Harvey Efner.
An 1866 affidavit4504 by John V Efner, Samuel Veazie's step-brother named Mary Veazie's first husband as "Debble." However, an 1865 affidavit4513 by Samuel Veazie himself named his mother's first husband, and Samuel's father, as John Murphy, "of Schoharie, N.Y."
It is assumed that John Murphy died sometime before Mar 12, 1813, the date of Mary Veazie's marriage4507 to her second husband, Harvey Efner.
Hillman800 has "Polly" married Ephraim Effner. An affidavit4504 by John V Efner mentions his mother Mary Veazie, daughter of John Veazie of Braintree, his mother's first husband --- Debble(?); and his mother's second husband, Harvey Efner. He lists his mother's children by her second husband as: John V, Harriet, Harvey, Martha A, Marie E, Charles, Joseph, Henry and Hiram.
An affidavit4508 by Polly Veazie, the wife of Benjamin Veazie, Mary's brother, specifically mentions "Mary (or Polly)" as Benjamin's sibling.
