Married⁵⁰⁵⁰ 1914 Jun 27⁵⁰⁵⁰ at First Congregational Church parsonage, Brainerd, MN⁵⁰⁵⁰. Carl J Olson and Alma A Mattason were married by Rev G Phil Sheridan. Miss Ana Sheridan and Miss S Robinson acted as witnesses.

Carl is, perhaps, the Carl J Olson who appears in the 1910 census for Brainerd, Minnesota; he was age 27 (born ~1883), born in Sweden, was single, had immigrated in 1890, and was a moulder at a foundry.

In 1920, Carl J Olson, his wife Alma, daughter Caroline M, and mother-in-law Caroline J "Madison," resided⁵⁰⁴⁹ on Snelling Ave in St Paul, Minnesota. Carl was a moulder(?) in a railroad shop.
