Though other information (as noted) indicates Ethel was married to Herbert L Moore, Herbert's obituary mentions siblings William and Russell Moore from which information his parents can be identified.

The WWI draft registration221 for Herbert Lawrence Moore, registered Sep 12, 1918, in Mount Clemens, MI, provides his middle name and birth date. His nearest relative was his mother Alice. Both he and his mother resided at the same address in which they appear in the 1920 census.

In 1920, Herbert Moore resided5394 with his parents, Gilbert and Alice Moore, and with siblings Willard, Norman, and Russell. Also residing with them were Herbert's sister Dorothy Windson and Dorothy's husband Warren W Windson.

In 1918221 and 19205394, Herbert is listed as an electrician for the Electric Service Co.

In Jan, 1920, Ethel resided4431 with her parents in Swissvale, PA. Residing with them, as a lodger, was Philip Mastin, a department store clerk. In September of 1920, Ethel married Philip. Sometime before 1927, Ethel and Philip were divorced, as she married second Mason Terrell. Ethel G Terrell was granted a divorce5390 from Mason Terrell, Oct 1, 1934, for extreme and repeated cruelty. The divorce was uncontested, and no alimony was granted.

The 1943 obituary5291 of Ethel's mother, Blanche (Veazie) Smith, mentions Blanche as "dear mother of Mrs Herbert L Moore."

Because Ethel's birth date matches, and Ethel is mentioned in mother Blanche's obituary as Mrs Moore, it is likely that Ethel is the Ethel G Moore listed4632 in the Mich Death Index, born 6 Oct 1903, died 27 Mar 1985. The obituary5391, published Mar 28, 1985, mentions her as the wife of the late Herbert L Moore, mother of the late Robert Mastin, and mother-in-law of Mrs Robert (Hazel) Mastin. Survivors were four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren.
