David and Harriet were married by Rev J C Stoughton.

Harriet's headstone inscription840 has death date Jan 31, 1890. Cone4960 has "Hannah" McMurphy as David's wife, though all other records have "Harriet." The Painseville (OH) Telegraph, Feb 6, 1890, reported in the Perry section that Mrs David Vesey had died Thursday of pneumonia. The funeral was postponed to allow her daughter, Mrs Fred Blair of Trinidad, Colorado, to attend. That article indicates Harriet died Jan 30.
